"Made my skin irritated, and no one followed up"
I really wanted to like this, but after using it twice my cheeks got super red and started stinging. I do have sensitive skin, so maybe it just wasn’t a good match for me, but it was still disappointing. I also reached out about it and never got any follow-up, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Noticed a Nice Difference After a Few Weeks"
I’ve been using Azimd skincare for about a month now, and I can say my skin is looking a little better. The fine lines seem softer, and it just feels smoother overall. It’s definitely not one of those overnight miracle things, but I do feel like I’m starting to see some anti-aging results. Shipping was okay, though I wish it had been a bit faster...

"Ordering was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried placing an order on azimdskincare.com, the checkout was a pain. It kept freezing right after I entered my card info, so I had to refresh a couple times, and then the whole page just went blank.
I did end up getting a confirmation email later on, but by that point I was already annoyed. The whole thing felt messy and stressful, and yeah, I don’t think I’d use the site again.

"For what I paid, I feel like it..."
For what I paid, I feel like it was a good deal. The prices seemed fair, which I appreciated. That said, it wasn’t perfect, and there were a few small things that could’ve been better. Overall though, I’d say it was worth it.

"Site was frustrating to use"
I had a annoying time trying to find what I needed, and a few pages were slow enough that I wasn’t sure if they were even loading. Checkout also wasn’t very clear, so I had to double-check everything. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not figuring it out instead of helping. The site does work, but it really needs to be easier to use.

"Shipping was super fast, but still testing it out"
I ordered from azimdskincare.com and the package showed up way faster than I expected. The tracking was easy to follow too, so that part was smooth. I’m happy it arrived quickly, but I’m still kind of on the fence about the product quality until I use it a bit more.

"Decent hydration, but I wanted a bit more"
I tried azimdskincare.com because I’ve been dealing with some dry patches, and it did help a little, especially when I used it at night. But by the afternoon my skin still had that tight feeling, so it wasn’t quite enough for me. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there. It’s not a bad product, I guess I just expected it to feel more like... I don’t know, a deeper lasting hydration. Giving it 3 stars.

"My skin actually looks calmer now"
I ordered from azimdskincare.com after seeing a few people mention it, but I was in one of those skeptical moods where I didn’t expect much.
After about two weeks, my skin started feeling less dry, and the redness around my cheeks looked calmer. The cream sinks in nicely and didn’t make me break out, which put me in such a better mood because that almost never happens for me.
Shipping was totally fine too, nothing stressful. Overall I’m happy with it and will probably buy again.

"Whoever packed it could’ve done better"
It showed up in a reasonable amount of time, so no issue there, but the packaging was underwhelming. The box had a small dent, and inside everything looked like someone just tossed it together without much care. Thankfully nothing was broken, but for the price, I really expected the person packing it to do a better job.

"Nice texture, absorbs fast"
I ordered from azimdskincare.com, I think sometime last week or maybe the week before, and I’ve been trying it for a bit now. The texture is really nice, not too thick and not watery either, just easy to spread around without feeling like I’m using too much.
It seems to absorb quickly too, which I really appreciate because I can’t stand that sticky leftover feeling. I used it in the morning a couple times, or maybe one of those was at night, but either way my skin felt soft after.

"Didn’t really work with my routine"
I wanted to like this, but it just didn’t fit in with the products I already use every day. I kept trying to make it work, but it felt like an extra step that didn’t really play nicely with my usual routine. Maybe it would be better for someone starting fresh with fewer products. Also, totally unrelated, but I realized while using it that my bathroom counter is way too crowded and I probably need to clean it out...

"I feel kind of embarrassed saying this because..."
I feel kind of embarrassed saying this because I usually don’t make a big deal about scented skincare, but this one was just way too strong for me. It had this really perfumy smell that I wasn’t expecting, and I could still smell it on my face for a while after putting it on. It actually ended up giving me a headache. I’m sure some people might like it, but it definitely wasn’t for me, and I won’t be buying it again.

I had a small issue with my order, so I sent them a message not expecting to hear back very quickly. To my surprise, they replied fast and were genuinely nice about it, without making the whole thing feel like a hassle.
They explained what was going on clearly and helped get everything sorted without any awkward back and forth. Based on my experience, I’d say their customer service is solid, and I’d definitely feel good ordering from them again

I ordered my serum and was a little anxious until it arrived. But the package came sealed, everything looked genuine, and I even checked the batch code just to be sure. Huge relief, no issues at all.

I didn’t notice anything right away, but I kind of assumed it would take a little time based on how these things usually go. Around the 3-week mark, I started seeing changes, so it wasn’t instant, but it did end up working for me.

"Refund took forever"
I sent my order back the whole thing was kind of a hassle. No real updates at first. I had to email a few times just to find out what was going on. The refund did finally show up, but way later than I expected. Not terrible overall. Just annoying...
